You can submit any work of your choosing to our masters however there are some masters have restrictions on size or length of work for their standard pricing.
When will I receive my feedback?
Our Masters usually aim for a maximum 24 hour turn around, however we also have a 48 hour or money back guarantee.
What will my feedback look like?
We want our customers to receive their feedback in the way that they would prefer so our masters offer different options including: bullet points, a paragraph, voice note etc.
Can I ask questions about my feedback?
One follow up response is included in your initial purchase, after that you will be able to purchase more feedback from the same master at 25% discounted price.
What if I am not happy with my feedback?
We want all of out customers to feel they benefit from the professional feedback and insights they receive. If you do not feel satisfied you will be able to send one follow up question to the master for further clarity.
How will I receive my feedback?
You will receive an email once the master has sent you your feedback. You will be able to send you follow up reply by responding directly to this email.
